Detailed Planning Permission
In most cases where there is a very clear idea of what development involves, full planning permission is sought.
A full planning application will require the drawing up of highly detailed development plans which leave no questions unanswered.
The permission may be granted on certain conditions and these must be complied with throughout development.
As soon as full planning permission is given the development can begin.
An application for a change of use of land or premises is always handled as a full planning application.
